unpleasant stay but friendly staff
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely accommodating. I appreciated the decent WiFi, which helped me catch up on work without interruption. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the common areas to be a highlight, making the environment feel safer and more pleasant during my stay. There were also friendly staff members who went above and beyond to assist guests. This made my one-night stay feel a bit more welcoming.
However, the overall quality of the room left much to be desired.

I recently stayed here for a night and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I really appreciated how Neal went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a long drive. The room could’ve used a little refresh, but it didn’t take away from our overall great experience! 😊

The hidden gem in chaos
The front desk staff were incredibly compassionate, solving mix-ups with a smile. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable despite external noise.
However, the neighborhood felt unsafe, with trash and homeless individuals nearby making it stressful to check-in and move about.

Comfortable Beds, but Room for Improvement
I stayed for a week, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find dirty mattresses outside my door and an overall lack of cleanliness in the room. If cleanliness is a priority, consider looking elsewhere. A little TLC could go a long way!
